🔔 Alarm Won't Stop Beeping
A continuous or intermittent beep from your alarm panel or sounder usually means the system has detected a fault it can't clear on its own.
Common causes: Low backup battery, mains power interruption, tamper fault on a sensor or panel, or a zone fault from a faulty detector.
🔒 Alarm Won't Set or Arm
If you're entering your code and the alarm won't fully arm, it's almost always a zone fault — one of your sensors is reading as open or tampered.
Common causes: Door contact misalignment, faulty PIR sensor, damaged wiring to a zone, or a sensor that needs replacing.
⚠️ Tamper Fault Showing
A tamper fault means the alarm thinks a sensor lid, junction box or panel cover has been opened or is not properly secured.
Common causes: Loose sensor lid, sensor knocked off its mount, damaged cable at the sensor, or a panel cover not clicked fully closed.

📟 Panel Fault or System Error
Fault codes on your panel display can mean many things — from a communication error to a failed component. Attempting to clear codes without identifying the cause can mask an underlying problem.
Common causes: Communication failure between devices, corrupt memory, firmware issue, or a failed sensor or detector.
📵 Alarm Offline or Not Communicating
If your alarm has app control or a monitoring connection and it's showing as offline, the communicator module may have lost its connection.
Common causes: SIM card expired (GSM communicators), broadband change, IP configuration issue, or failed communicator module.
